i have just purchased a 1999 honda cg125 its in great condition but theres one problem i have found when i am riding i am only able to ride with the choke set on its second settin as it has off semi and full when ever i put it off the bike feels like it is missing and eventually cuts out any advice. i dont no much about bikes but i think its the carb?

Assuming that the engine is warm I would suggest that the timing needs changing. When warm it should idle easily. Get yourself a Haynes Manual and a screwdriver.
