Japanese survey reveals 70% of male bikers have trouble getting 'wood' - and we don't mean for the campfire

TROUBLE GETTING one up? A study has revealed men that ride motorcycles are at risk of impotence and urinary problems because the vibration of the engine damages nerves in their penises.
According to the Canberra Times, one of Australia's leading newspapers, a survey of more than 230 motorcyclists who rode their bikes for about three hours every weekend found almost 70 per cent had problems gaining an erection or emptying their bladders.

The study was carried out by doctors in Japan and found most motorcycle seats put undue pressure on the perineum, that unknown area between the anus and the scrotum. The pressure can restrict blood flow to the rider's todger, which in turn causes problems when asked to stand to attention. The study also revealed vibrations from the engine caused a decrease in two growth hormones in the bladder and prostate related to bladder relaxation.

Smoking and alcohol are also known causes of impotence, which coupled with today's findings, makes the late Barry Sheene's antics even more admirable.

So i know this could be embaressing to alot of you, but do you think its really effected long john silver Laughing ?

"a survey of more than 230 motorcyclists who rode their bikes for about three hours every weekend"

Weekend warriors?

Excuse me for saying so, but is it really a surprise that weekend warriors are of an age where viagra is their one and only true friend? I don't think so.

Weekend warriors tend to be of an age where they would have these problems whatever they are driving or riding (except Jennifer aniston as she clearly will solve any such problems in any man, however wrinkled and cripled they might be).

Ahhh, a 'study' without a control group.

What wonderful bullshit statistics. Rolling Eyes

I would've thought it would help the blood flow in general, the constant excitement of riding and cheating death. Weekend warriors indeed.

Well to be honest with you given the choice I'd sooner ride my motorcycle and if smoking and alcohol are also known causes of impotence I stand no chance.

I have no problems getting wood - an example of this was last year when I decided to put up a new fence.

Went to the local lumber yard and obtained the required timber without any hiccups - anybody else that has a problem getting wood or any kind of hardware, nails fixings etc - Dave's Timber in Crewe will sort you out

Thumbs Up he he
