suzuki vanvan 50 oil pump???

hello
i am a oner of suzuki vanvan 50 cc
my problem is that the oil pump in not working.
i disconnect it and i put oil and fuel in the tank.
my question is the pipeline that goes from the oil pump
to the carburetor is disconnect from the carburetor, can i
block the incoming hole in the carburetor (where the pipeline was)?
can it damage something?
because when i drive and stop there is alot of fuel that go out
from this hole and i dont know why???
