car has a plate and looks used so I don't think it was off one of those transporters unless they were moving used cars???

Even then, how would the bottom of the sign penetrate the front of the car like that?

Looks like a lampost the circular sign is near head height. its probably been hit knocked down and left. Its still in the ground just a bit bent. The end that has gone through the car was where the main lamp WAS Shocked
The the driver of the corsa didnt see it (dont know how Rolling Eyes ) and hit it MUPPET lucky to not get hit and killed.
