Aerox problems

I know that most people on 50cc's Take a beating on here unless they're generally over 18 But my aerox is suffering more and more each day, It's a 53 plate with 24,000 miles on the clock and stock standard. When I baught it around 3 weeks ago, It would be alright to 10mph, Shoot up on the revs (Powerband style) settle back down till 30, And steadily climb to 48mph...
Since then, The performance has dropped to constant accelleration, And top sped is now 37mph...

I've been told that I could do with De-Coking the exhaust... Also, Can you run a compression test on a 2 stroke? I would have thought the backpressure from the exhaust would throw it off...

I've already ran several shots of redex through it...

It's possible that it is still running with the origional piston and rings and is due a rebuild. If you take the exhaust off and look up the port at the piston you should be able to see what condition the piston is in.

A compression test will work on a 2t as the exhaust pressure waves only happen while the bike's running.

At a guess i would say around 150psi.
