Namely, the ybr125.

Are there any particularly good oils to use?

Any oil of the correct weight is fine. Everyone has a different brand they prefer.

i find that the ybr basically uses zero oil, still at the max 2000miles/6 months after a service

I think he meant for an oil change rather than a top up.

Having never had a YBR id probably start on olive oil and go from there. Thumbs Up

Agreed, done 2500miles since last service and it's still crystal clear and none has actually gone.
