hi long time no posting

iv just got my 1st set of leathers and got a good deal on the alpinestars.they fit great and tried a few on and like them so far.
apart from when im standing up the knee pads seem really bulky i "think" they look out of place. everyone says its fine and look right and like i said the fit is good. does anyone here remove the knee pads or keep them in?
i know it all sounds daft but was just wondering.

cheers

graham

Yeah, at first the knee sliders seem in the wrong place, I thought this when I got my first set of leathers. Only keep them on if you can get your knee down, otherwise you will look like a weekend warrior with brand new shiny sliders on.

Keep the knee protection in if they fit well.

Who care's how they look off the bike, they are designed to be in the right place on the bike.

when u stand up the armour for your knees will hang lower (should be just below your knee) when you're on the bike the armour will be in the right place as your legs are bent, leave em in any protection is better than having your knee surgically rebuilt.

cheers for the replies. i was on about the knee pads Wink
i was told that the leather will soften and when i stand up it will go into place a bit better but i just thought it looks daft at the mo. but like said above its all about protecting my knees for when im on the bike.

cheers
