Got my DAS test tomorrow afternoon, for the 3rd time.
First one got cancelled due to "Strong winds"
Second I failed
So I'm really looking forward to tomorrows test but..........the damn forecast is for winds over 30mph Sad If that's the case then it's likely to be called off AGAIN, I've already had to wait 1 month since the last one as the appointments were fully booked up, if it gets called off again I'll probably have to wait until after Christmas Sad

hey, my first test was cancelled too, and i failed the second. Nothing you can do it if your tests cancelled, but think of it as much better than a fail. Id be raging if i failed due to high winds or something!

Just hold out, and good luck Thumbs Up

Cheers Rotax81 Thumbs Up

It's just all down to Health and Safety, suppose they can't risk someone being blown off their bike during the test and suing the DSA for taking them out in "adverse conditions" .
It just gets my goat when I ride in far worse weather than today and have no problems Sad

Unlucky, I had a test cancelled for icy conditions. It was bloody fine everywhere apart from the roads right near the test centre!! Rolling Eyes

Don't fret though, keep your peepers out for cancellations before mid-January. Think the one I passed was a cancellation. Thumbs Up

NAILED IT!!!!!!!!!!

Passed my DAS test this afternoon, 4 minors which isn't that bad.

Examiner followed me round in a 4x4 FFS!! He said he gave me the benefit of the doubt on 2 of my minors which he said he could of failed me for but he passed me so that's all that matters!!

Thumbs Up

I think that if they can fail you for something they will but glad we both got the Benefit of the Doubt, I think it's just their way of saying "I would of liked to of failed you but it didn't warrant a fail so I couldn't" Laughing

Well done mate, I won't be getting out and about on mine just yet, can't add it to my current policy on the NSR (B@sT&Rds !!), plus can't cancel current policy or I'll lose 6 months towards my first years no claims.

It's an older F3 model BTW Thumbs Up
