Hash oil, for real?

Right, ive been offered a small amount (10ml) of hash oil. Now Ive never had any experince with this stuff and I didnt even know it existed.
Im interested in it for cooking purposes.

Is it any good and is £25 for 10ml too much?

You used to get that a lot, haven't seen it much about recently. Lighter colour = better. Should be a light syrupy colour.

Drip it onto a hot knife and cane the smoke. You get a lot more smoke than you'd expect!

If it's halfway decent, that is a bargain. If it's shitty black stuff, it isn't.

You did warn me, there be alot of smoke but it was the stink i didnt expect.

The effect was instant, like a bucket but far more powerful. Im feeling perfectly relaxed now, but my jaw and fingertips are numb.

Used to smoke that sometimes when things were a bit dry.
Saves rolling up and easier to do for a quick smoke when out.
Lightly roll a b&h ciggy in the stuff so you leave a line of it up the side of the fag and smoke .
Its not le pew though!

i would also assume it wont be good stuff, £25 for 10ml is a fucking good price if it is good bho

it would usually be produced and measured in grams rather than ml which makes it sounds kinda weird, should be much thicker than olive oil which suggests its not as good as it should be

for cooking purposes you are better using cannabutter

if its good bho you will be able to get very monged off very small amounts

I managed to make a rather nice batch of coconut and walnut chocolate brownie cupcakes yesterday.

They sorta creep up on ya, though
They take about two hours before you think "Fuck me, I'm *monged*" ... by which time (if it were not for my supreme self-restraint) I would normally have scarfed about ten.

I spent the first ten minutes thinking "Well that was nice, but I'm not stoned", then 40 minutes picking the coconut and walnut out of my fillings, and then suddenly I realised "Gosh, these ARE working well" ... and then I was a giggling rambling idiot for the best part of two hours.

Anita was unimpressed when I had one for breakfast this morning.

What did you use in it HK? I found homegrown to be the best. Good feeling isnt it when it creeps up?

The oil was sold in a small 10ml "poppers" style bottle. He wanted rid of it as he was giving up drugs for his new job ( gets tested weekly)

Got most of it left still, destined for a pizza base!

Im on my tri-yearly detox now so you bar stewards!!!

I cant say i have any experience with oil, but i do make a mean skunk cookie, I still fondly remember the first time i made them i must have been 16 or something, so were talking a good 7 years back, i put over an 8th in my mix, and it produced about 10/12 cookies, which i proceeded to eat a couple of, then decided that nothing was happening, so i scoffed the whole lot, after an hour or two i was really really stoned and it lasted for at least 8 hours,

my tolerance is far higher now so i dont get that effect (partly why i am on my little month or two detox), but i agree the way it creeps up on you is a nice change to the pure bongs i normally smoke (Thats your answer HK, Bongs, if you want to get "mashup innit bruv", get yourself a nice glass piece, your smokeage will go further and you dont need to add baccy for its burning properties...)

In a way its a good thing the pound/euro exchange rate is so bad because now i really dont have the excuse to nip over to amsterdam...

I used to love the hash Mars and and Bounty bars you could buy in vending machines in some of the Amsterdam coffee shops. They were great.

I have a problem with eating hash brownies etc normally though - i tend to go straight to feeling completely monged off my tits/sick i dont think my body really likes dealing with weed this way. It doesnt seem to matter whether i make them strong or week use hash or green.

I wonder what quantities/ types of hash they used in the amsterdam bars, as they were perfect.

HellKat - vaporisers are a good shout if you want to forego the tobacco and the majority of the nasty carbon smoke but still get a nice steady high. I use a Vapir Air2 and that works a treat. They look odd, but work great and also stop your house from stinking so much.
