I was at the Race of Champions yesterday, they had Christian Pfeiffer doing some demo's there, managed to get a few pics before they told me my lens was too big and I would get kicked out if I was caught using it again, so I wasn't able to get any more of him:

Lewis Hamilton and Chris Hoy in an SLR, the race they were meant to be doing never happened as the track was too slippy for the push bike. Sad

it's an f800s with a larger rear sprocket, tail bar and no fairing..... Laughing

Nope, some of them are belt drive (like the one in the pic) and they do some with normal chains aswell.

Why did you get told off for the lens? Incase you got to many decent close ups and flogged them? Laughing

I guess so. I suppose they were trying to protect the photographer's interest. My theory is that if someone wants to buy my pics over theirs then they should make sure their pics are much better. Wink

Nice pics Thumbs Up I've tried taking pictures at the Ferrari Racing days and BTCC buts it's too hard so i ended up leaving it to my little bro who's a pro Confused I especially like the bike ones because they're really clear and you can see the details really well. Nice one Thumbs Up

The rear sprocket is the standard size, the same size as I have on my F800ST.

BMW now sell this street bike version as the F800R as standard now.
