The discs on the VFR were really rusty having lay for so long, so in order to get throught he mot I cleaned them with sandpaper. But they are rusting up again quite quickly, I know why but does anyone know how I can stop it.

I asked on another forum and was told to put clean brake fluid on them Shocked

So I thought I would get a decent answer here Mr. Green

It's only going to be surface rust and the first time you use them it will wear off so I wouldn't worry about it.

Cheers, that would make sense, as I have only had it once since last week and that was for the MOT

Never thought about that either thanks. I know they have been on the bike since 1999.
