sorry too ask but how do you remove the visor??

Open the visor fully.

Note the little stirrup shaped pull (you should be able to get your index finger in it) now made visible and clear of the visor directly below the round visor swivel.

Helmet on flat surface, move stirrup gently and fully down, when it is fully down the visor should come away form the helmet, straight out at 90'.

Do other side.

Reverse to put back in, remembering it must be in the fully open position and the stirrup must be down. May need a bit of help until you get the knack.

Yes, pull it down and the visor should pop out.

ok had it off.. new one on.. easy!!

i see what you mean when you say stirups but below that on the left side [if you have the lid on] there is a black lever about a inch long!

whats it for some sort of visor lock

It's to keep your visor open a smidge for demisting purposes.
