Brilliant tho Im not sure if we were exempt?, it will put the brakes on other areas going for it which can only benefit us all

Bikes were exempt but the charging zone was huge cutting straight through towns.

10 out of 10 councils came back with a NO Mr. Green

If they're exempt in London I doubt Manchester would start charging for them.

I did think that they would extend the time to all hours though.
