Do you buy riding wear online without fitting? I bought a pants online. It(LL) was too long for me. So I sent it back with some cost for changing size. Later smaller one(L) arrived, I tried it on and thought it's ok, so I removed the price tag.
But while riding, my nuts began hurt!!! The length was ok but the size around the crotch was too tight for me.
What I learned is buying riding wear online is too risky . ____________________ own:2020 Serow 250

Not without fitting. I'll go to a shop first and try stuff on, then see if I can source it cheaper online.
Then again if something is insanely cheaper than usual, I'll give it a try as long as I'm happy I can get back what I paid for it ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

Just picked up a 2nd hand 1 piece leather suit of ebay today, so fingers crossed will be ok.
Got it pretty cheap so won't be too upset if it doesn't fit perfect.
Condition from the write up and pics looks all but brand new so may be worth getting some adjustments made if need be and still have saved a small fortune
i did check out the sizing charts for them to get an idea and also went into the local kwaka shop today before hand in hopes of trying one on.
They didn't have it in the size I was after but from looking at the sizes close to it, I figure it's gonna be close.
The shop assistant I think was on to me because she kept mentioning buying stuff on-line.
Even then she said they could order one in for me but I would need to guess the size since there was nothing on there to try on.
If it didn't fit and they had to get another size in then they may charge a re-stocking fee.
Bullshit in my mind. No better than buying off line and more expensive.
She said that it was better to buy from them because you get after sales service.
What after sales service?..... it's a fucking leather suit.
Mind you these guys did some work on my bike once and riding a few days after my left side foot pegs fell off because they didn't tighten it up.
So forgive me for not jumping in to order something from you.
Still the sales girl was nice enough and had nice tits Well worth the look ____________________ meh |

I bought my Frank Thomas 2 piece leathers off ebay (had to find the jacket & trousers in completely different auctions, which took some weeks but managed to find the right sizes and match the two together eventually).
I think you'll always be taking a bit of a gamble on-line but can probably manage/reduce the risk by finding the same/similar garment in a retailer and trying on.
I couldn't find the exact same jacket in the shop but the hour I spent trying on other FT Leather jackets/trousers I think was well worth it.
When they arrived (& probably with a little bit of luck), garments were as good a fit as shop bought -
I'd say do your homework - if it's a know manufacturer - go and try on, before you buy on(-line)
(- sorry 'bout the sh*t slogan )
For what I paid off ebay would have cost me 3 times as much from retailer.
*Incidentaly - I've been using my cheapo textile bike jacket/trousers in this weather instead of leathers - worried all the road slime/salt will mess them up - anybody else doing this? ____________________ Then - Hyosung GV125C Aquila; Kawasaki ER-6F; GSXR 600 K8; Street Triple Mk2; Now - ZX6R
