Quick one - rear brakes

After my very stupid trip to scotland, I annihilated my rear brake (pads non existant, disc badly scored and flaking away).

Replaced the pads and the disc with new ones, and they seem to be running fine now, but on a closer inspection today Ive noticed that my rear disc is starting to lightly score again.

Should I take it all apart, reclean and assemble it again incase theres a bit of muck in there or is this just part of the bedding in process as theyre new pads and a new disc.

Slightly concerned as I dont want to spend another £60 on another rear disc.

Some very light scoring is normal due to the make up of the pad material but it shouldn't be excessive. How bad is it? Got a photo?

Usually changing the disc and pads at the same time shouldn't cause any problems.

Well, im popping out soon, so ill try to take a photo in the garage light permitting.

It doesnt seem that serious but its definately noticeable, more than my front discs which have been on for a good 17,000 miles now.

Im only worried some grit has gotten in there.
