Yamaha FS1
Yamaha RX-S100
Yamaha YB100
Yamaha RS100
Yamaha RS125

All pretty simple to work on.

Personally, I'd go for the FS1 due to the vast amount of spare parts you can find.

saying that... how much would you be willing to pay for an RXS100 ''tidy up'' project?

recent tax and MOT etc.

Most bikes made between early '80s and 90's are easy enough to work on, basically anything with carbs.

CB250, GS500-650 can be had cheap and its still fairly easy to get parts for them. An early GSX600f could be had for a couple of hundred with loads of cheap spares on Ebay.

To be honest the list is endless, its all down to how much do you want to pay, whats available, and the availability of spares.
