It'd be even better if everyone started doing it and the flood of extra paperwork on easily disproved tickets started costing the police. It'd be a fun protest anyway...

It is certainly more clever than blowing them up up or setting them alight. The future is a james bond style revolving number plate with your regular one then 3 of your enemies too, different plate for each camera!
