got this for my ybr for its first (by me) oil change.

Is there any last minute things I should know before I loosen the drain bolt for the first time....

look ok to me,let the engine run for 5 mins warm the oil up abit,comes out qiucker and gets more out

get oil up to operating temperature, 5 minutes may not be enough in this weather.

Make sure you have a spare crush washer ready if your bike gas one for the drain bolt.

Make sure the socket or ring(don't use open ended) spanner is the correct size.

Do not over tighten the bolt when re fitting or you will strip the thread on the sump.

Yep 20nm of torque is what you need for the YBR Thumbs Up

how many turns past hand tight would that be?

It's not very tight at all but if you're going to be doing any work on the bike it's well worth investing in a torque wrench. Thumbs Up
