The what and the whonow? that makes absolutely no sense at all. Please can you try to rephrase it, perhaps by replacing the words 'knots' and 'rung' with words that actually make sense.

Do you have new bar ends or are trying to refit the existing ones?

What you are saying is that the allen key doesn't fit the bolts in the end of your bar ends?

OK that makes more sense. Can you post a pic of the ends of your bar ends please?

I would suggest not trying to cut them, they are usually quite thick...

If the allen bolts are rounded off could you not just drill them out?

If you mean the nuts are wrong and wont take the key you probably need the correct size tool to remove the old ones.

A big pair of grips will probably get them undone, but it won't do your bar ends any favours.

So you used the wrong size and rounded it off. Thinking

I bet the key came with some MFI flat pack.
The photo really helps BTW.

Can't see the benefit of drilling TBH. You would get the bar end off but the threaded part would still be stuck inside the bar. Guess you could drill that bit out assuming its not too deep.

Same with the mole grips. It might work but there is every chance that the bar end would just spin around the bolt.

Best option is to use an impact driver with a torx bit.

You could also use a dremel to cut a slot in the head of the bolt and use a flat screwdriver.

Where do you live?

Is it a bolt that goes through the bar end, or an 'all-in-one' bar end where the thread is part of the bar end itself?

I had an old set in the garage,so what i done was used a grinder to cut an inch off the ones on the bike ,then just tapped off what was left of the handle-bar end .Then i just used vise grips to unscrew the rest of the bolts..
Sound a bit extreme but it worked .nice and hot now
