Personally I think it only looks good with gold forks and black paintwork.

Could work but I think if you made the wheels gold you'll end up changing other stuff as well.

I think it would look nuts. Thumbs Up

Go for it.

Just make sure you do it properly and get them powder coated.

me thinks you should take a better photo and photoshop first, as the most important thing is how YOU like it not others.

If you're going to do it, don't paint them - get them powdercoated.

Hi

Itchy has the right idea.

Personally I think that there is nothing else on the bike that is gold for the wheels to match which would make it look odd. Personally I would go for dark metallic blue (to match the blue bits of the bodywork, but you would probably struggle to get a decent match with powder coating), simple black or silver to go with the frame.

All the best

Keith

I don't think the Gold would be well served by the green, if the bike were all purple and gloss black yes, otherwise I suspect it won't have the same impact.

Sooner or later opinions fade and the name on the tank matters not. I think that happens somewhere between 3rd and 4th gear. Enjoy the ride... everything else takes care of itself.

Gold goes with blue or black (pictured), or white (Honda's toy-bike HRC reps), but not green.

That Playstation's ugly.

Go for green; it's a Kawasaki i.e. the law. And powdercoat them.

I just can't get my head around gold wheels. To me silver is a better colour than gold in general. Just opinions though. Smile

Driving the same car as that at the minute - not STI, the WRX but same shape, it has the ProDrive kit on though so is 270bhp... Is mad to drive but has Silver Wheels rather than gold, got to say I do like the gold wheels though, they are pretty nice but would prefer them with black paint rather than blue.
