Thanks Sonix, i worked this out this morning, just checked on here to update.

Yes it is Play.com

Cant understand why they dont mention it, because the worst part is, that on the same day, there is a payment going to play.com showing as play.com then the 3 payments to cambridge webworks!!!!

Mail, put a question at the top asking, "Mail thinks this is Junk Mail." So it could be in your junk mail?

So I was a bit suspicious but seen as other people have had the same thing I am not so worried.
