as always, wanting it as cheap as possible... ive been searching for a good few days and found not much in the way of arse sex's
i'll be shopping the GSXR for it, and thats probably good for around a grand.
i know decent nick R6's go for about £1500 at the lower end of the price range, so surely a not so decent nick one would go for around the £1000 mark?
anyone able to point me in the right direction of damaged R6's? travel isnt a problem.
or even better, anyone want to sell me a damaged R6?
cheers R6ing queers xxx ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles. In summery, mattsprattuk is a gobby little sh1tebag, dopehead tw4t, but sadly for all of us, he probably isn't THAT full of sh1te!!

You may need to rethink your price guide on both the SRAD and a used R6.
Everyone loves a bargain and cheapness but you get what you pay for at the end of the day. ____________________ Current : MSX 125 Past : CBR 900RR Monkeybike : c50 LAC : ZXR750 H2 : FZR600 : ZX7R P3 : YW100 : TRX850: Trophy 900 T309 : GSXR 600 L0: Monkeybike : XJ6S Whosthedaddy |

Crash damaged ones on ebay go for about 1500 or so. Only one I've seen go for a grand has a bent frame.
I paid 875 for a cat d write off that had been repaired apart from fairings, 400 quid later for fairings and it near mint.
Have some whoreage

I would seriously, but I already have an R6 a Divvy, ZX4, FS1E and a random moped at home so I dont think my parents would be to happy about that number going up by another 2.
I got it off my local forum, so that would be a no ____________________ www.southwestbikers.com

Dont sign up its a nice quite forum with no gsxr whorage atm no decent bikes for sale cheap on there atm, already been scouting it for bargains...
Why not try selling the mito on with the done fairings for about a grand, as mitos seem to make that kinda money in average condition, then see what you can get for the gsxr, would expect at least 700 upwards in the state you posted it last in? ____________________ Past: '05 Peugeot XPS '99 Aprillia RS125 '94 FZR600R

I like the anti ozone bike Anyway thats being streetfighteredand kept, ZX4 is being sold cant be fucked with the moped and fs1e no one wants to buy.
What 1 sticker is plastered now?
If you could be bothered, could probably build up an entire r6 for less than a grand from bits frames are about 3/400 quid engines a bit more I've got a spare set of fairings you could have cheap, and a load of other spares. ____________________ www.southwestbikers.com

its only dirty, and has 11 months of MOT, and a few scuffs, most of which will be gone when i put my other tail fairings on in the summer.
eenyway... i advertised the mito before i got the RD350 engine for £500, with the new panels, and got shit all interest.
now im not too keen to do that with the RD350 engine, sure if the right bike came along (like steves R6) id shop it in, but other than that, i dont really want to get rid of it.
i made a post not so long ago that had some guy selling an R6 project with dodgey 2nd gear for a grand... im going hunting. ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles. I still think its realistic to build one from parts, If you can be bothered to put the effort in.
Frames usually go for about 300 engines about 400
Wheels about 100 I got a full set of fairings you can have for cheap and I got quite a few spares as well. ____________________ www.southwestbikers.com

i can put the effort in if i dont have to get rid of the GSXR, as then i'll be bikeless. just want something with cosmetic damage, or one major thing that i can put right in one go rather than a long term thing, so building one is kinda out of the question unfortunatly
cheers for the fairing offer though, they the silver ones yours came with? ____________________ Blue_SV650S wrote: it was a sh1te wheelie, but it proves that he can get it up in 3rd and can do angles. No, I got the salvagable original fairings as spares. Bought a headlight fairing and used the race seat and just given them a home spray job, haven't come out too bad pretty damm shiny.
Drying on my bedroom floor now haha.
Always handy to have a spare set eh?
