Well, the story is.
I wanted a big boys bike, and the missus has always wanted to ride one herself. I was looking on ebay for bikes, pricing them up and getting an idea of what i wanted.
Seen the pair for the buy it now price of 3 grand. Went to have a look at them and the bloke (who was an awesome guy) showed me the project zxr400 he had aswell.
I had a chat with the missus, and offered him 3k for all 3 and he said yeah.
Got home and seen them on BikeTrader for £3650
Im well chuffed with the bargain and well chuffed with the missus for lending me £3k from her savings
Finally got them all home in the back of a beat up transit van. I was working so the missus and my mate went to get them. The seller had given us a huge box of spares and some old carpet so we could put them in the house with out wrecking the floor

yea they where carbon frame covers, i sold bike a while ago on ebay, got 1300 quid for it, few months later it wa on there again with a blown engine! 
will always love the zxr's though, might even get another for a project one day, just a shame they go wrong so much!
keep us updated on the project one
i stil have some zxr bits laying around so pm if u need anything
