Hey im going to keep it simple, I recently have been dumped by my gf which i loved. We been going out nearli a year, A week later shes now with anther guy but i still like her even if she has done this to me. I cant get her out of my head and im constantly feel jeolous.

Whats the best way to get her the fuck outta my system? anyone thanks!

Spending time with your friends and people that care, may be the best for you if your miserable.

I dont think jumping in the sac with someone else is the answer. Ive tried it! Your X girlf prob doesn't feel great about herself for doing it. But, one question, was it him she left you for?

On another note . . you can't help when you meet someone. I've had a 1yr break, a 14 month break and this time it was only 6-8 weeks

Get yourself down the gym, gives you something to keep you occupied and goals to aim for - if there's a few nice lasses there too then it's a bonus (That's if you go to those kind of gyms)

Enjoy the single life and use it as an opportunity to do what YOU want.

Yeah it's not easy, I know only too well but like others have said she must'nt be much of a nice lass if she's with someone else already if not before, if that's not too harsh.

The lass I'm married to (my wife ) used to be a right fecking bitch, we split up years ago for a couple of years, she started seeing someone pretty much straight away (I think it was going on before we split) so I just put her out of my mind and had loads of laughs with my mates and ended up seeing a lass that lived opposite my ex, funny how that didn't go down too well but that's always the case . A few GF's later and somehow me and the ex ended up back together after a couple of years, not sure WTF happened there like but now we're married with kids and all the other shit.
