DIRTBIKEBITZ: warning.

Hello again guys.

I just wanted to hear your opinion on the guys over at Dirtbikebitz. There isn't a lot of info. around on the 'net as regards customer service. I've had a bit of a bad experience and wanted to know if anyone else had had a similar experience.

OK, well since nobody's chipped in, I might as well.
A while ago I ordered about £150's worth of stuff from them. Pricing was OK and the site looked slick so I had no reservations.

Most of the stuff arrived fine, except for the gloves.
A week passed, and I thought I'd enquire as to the status of the gloves (when I could expect to receive them).

No response.

A month passes, I send another e-mail. No response.

Four months pass and so do another four e-mails. Nothing.
I've since taken them to trading standards and made an official complaint, but beyond that there's sweet FA I can do besides warning you not to do business with them. I may only be out £30, but who knows, next time it could be £200.

Just a heads up for you.
