Need/want a belly pan for my hornet 600.

Looked on ebay and on honda's product list, the belly pans are so expensive!?!!?!?! does anyone know where i can get one at more reasonable price? Black ideally or Matt Blue.

The prices on ebay ranged from 85 quid to 195 quid.
I would ideally like to get one for less that £50.00 but will strectch a little if i cannot find anywhere that cheap.

Problem with bike parts is that they are not mass produced.

If there were similar numbers of bikes to cars, everything would be soo cheap, lots of manufacturers making etc.

I got a fully colour matched sprayed new bumper for a mondeo for £110 on ebay.

It's not a full length belly pan, Skidmarx also don't have a picture on their site of that specific belly pan, so best emailing them and asking them to send you a picture before you order.

You might not want to do the same as I did...

I saw a brand new belly pan for the Hornet on eBay. The price was cheap but feedback was good so I went ahead knowing that I'd have to prep and paint the thing when it arrived.

So I bought all the paint etc for it and when the belly pan arrived the damn thing wouldn't fit!

Turns out it was for a Hornet "Race" model. The mounting bolts must be in a slightly different position because I couldn't get it to fit.

Anyway, it's sat in my garage now and if anyone's got a race Hornet they can have the belly pan for £30 .

I did actually order mine off ebay, from a seller in portugal. Im in the process of painting it now. Next stage is lacquer, which i cant work out if i need the matt lacquer or the clear lacquer. My bike is the matt blue (pb-352m).

NSRdude get yourself signed up on the hornets nest there are sometimes one or two in for sale section. thats where i got mine for my hornet from.
