Just rode my (restricted) TT600 from the dealers after riding a 125 cruiser since my cbt. OW! I have a new respect for people who learned on a sports bike. I am only comfortable now after riding it 40 miles and it still ain't ANYWHERE near as comfy, laidback and simple as a cruiser. Still love it though, I imagine when my joints ache at age 40 I will buy my self a mid-life cruiser. Was nice to actually be able to overtake people though!
Anyhow, the point in this story is: has anyone else done a similar jump from comfy and slow to fast and achey? ____________________ Current Bikes: Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 (2020)

From then on, I and the bicycle feelings deeper. |

I went from NSR125 to GSXR600, after couple days of riding feels like a same bike, with a little bit more torque LoL ____________________ Theory Passed: 23/10/2008 49/74 Bike Test Passed: 05/01/2009 1 minor

I went from an Rs125 to a 400 , on the first day of riding you could notice the power massively , but after a couple days you get use to it and want more power. ____________________ Piaggo liberty 125 SOLD - CBR 125 - SOLD Aprilia RS 125 - SOLD CBR 400 NC29 - SOLD ZX6R currently own https://bikepics.com/members/Graprilia/

i did quite a large jump of bike.
i went from a yamaha neos 50cc moped to a cbr600f (apart from the GN125 i used for my test, but only rode that for 3 days!)
i must say, i dont regret one bit of it! the CBR is great and feels a lot more stable, although i did have achey wrists for a while!
just a matter of getting used to!
