Just made a bit of an impulse buy!

Might be able pick it up tomorrow, but probably Thursday. Roll on the weekend. Mr. Green

It does mean that the yellow ninja is up for sale. It's going to break my heart. Crying or Very sad

A very chuffed and skint yellowninja.

Very nice mate! Hopefully I will have one by the summer! I like it more than any of the new liter sports bikes available.

Always wanted one, just didn't have the balls/money/experience/insurance to get one.

It's a 54 plate, done 5000 miles and is absolutely like new. £4700.

JAMSXR, if you get an orange one I WILL come round and kick you in the balls. I wanted an orange one really, but finding an early model in orange proved too much.

Some tasteful mods will be coming (funds permitting).

I would love it on orange, but I have been looking into getting one for the last 6 months and I am still to come across one!

Black is what I want, but at the end of the day I will get the one I think is priced best and not worry about colour, apart from the mining purple one!

The single seat cowl and a can will set yours off perfectly!

Single seat is on the cards, don't want a can, Laughing clear front indicators, combined rear lamp/indicators for now. Just wondering if I'd need a PC to set up the Racefit 'can'?

They look very smart in black too!

Bit off topic but was the combined rear light and indicators you have on your yellow one made by Bike it? I was looking at getting one for my CBR but worried about fitting it myself because I'm a bit of a mechanical layman.

Can't remember who it was made by to be honest, but I don't think it was Bike It. It was from an ebay seller. Really easy to fit (Although mine has an LED indicator relay as the front indicators were a total PITA and I had to modify the speedo head). The rear lights usually come with some resistors anyway.

Yeah, that's them! I got mine from there. They were sound when I had to send one back under warranty a few months later too.

Thanks guys. Shame they don't do them for my bike though. (CBR600F-Y) Sad The coloured lenses which still show red when the lights on and braking and amber when indicating are pretty cool.

These: https://project-r.co.uk/cl_01.htm

And congrats on the new bike, looks great. Thumbs Up

Get your test done. There was half a foot of snow on the road the morning of my test! I was hoping it would of been cancelled but they made me do it and I passed.

Looks awesome dude. Thumbs Up

I really want a black 05 10R for my next bike I think, but (having never ridden one) the reports of a bucking bronco on wheels really put me off it. I wan't to be able to ride the tits off it without fearing for my life lol

I suppose I should try it..

To be honest, the reputation of the bike has put me off for a while too, but I feel I've outgrown the 750 a little. I'm sure I'll have to modify my riding a little to avoid broken bones.

The 750 had a claimed 123hp and the 1000 a claimed 180hp (crank). The 1000 is 30kg lighter too. I haven't been out for a ride, but sitting on it in the shop it felt a lot more purposeful than the 7r, really lithe.

I know I'm going to miss the big ole 7, and I've no doubt I'll own another at some point. It might of been big and relatively heavy but that was part of it's character to me. I loved having to man handle it about, and it was very forgiving. I think the 10r is going to show me where my riding might be lacking and demand much more respect.

I actually prefer the styling of the 7r too, but I've got to move with the times I'm afraid.
