I've been thinking about learning to do airbrush designs on bike panels since i'm quite good at art and i thought it would be quite cool as a hobby. Has anyone got any advice? also post a picture of your favourite airbrush design on a bike.

My knowledge is that you can buy fairly good kit on ebay. Buy the paints, and practice on something like an old car pannel/bonnet/whatever you can get your hands on Smile.

Then I guess when you feel confident enough move onto more serious things on your bike/car.

I don't think there's any call for it?

Most designs on bikes (if not all) are vinyls, and plenty of places will cut vinyl etc. for bikes, thing is an airbrushed panel is likely to make someone looking to buy a bike think its been dropped/other dodgy stuff?

Just my 2p

There is, but not on sportsbikes so much. Its custom tanks for cruisers that are the real demand.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
