Sounds like it could do with some new brake hoses if you havnt got braided lines already.
Again, If the Fluid is old, it could be heating up and causing loss of pressure.
Does sound like the hoses though, My mates gixxer 6 has the same problem, And its got a set of 15 year old rubber hoses on it.  |

Yep, as said it sounds like your rubber hoses need replacing.
Fit some braided lines and change the fluid.  |
