They have a big enough following of loyal customers who are willing to spend 2 mins on the phone, they don't need to worry about customers.

Maybe they don't have fixed prices?

For one reason or another, I can't think why but it's a possibility that they can't list the prices as they are always changing.

In fairness to Spondon Engineering a lot of the stuff they manufacture is speciality parts (frames, swingarms etc) for race teams and they will also build one off parts on request too. This means that their work is top dollar and if you have to ask - you can't really afford it.
