front wheel bearing extraction

Hi i have a 91 sr125 that needs some new front wheel bearings putting in but i cant get the existing ones out.

Could any kind individual give me some pointers on removing the old ones

Or heat the area surrounding the bearing being careful not to heat the bearing. Do it with the wheel suspended with the bearing facing downwards and it should drop out (eventually).
