Right well baisicly ped boy here and i have MBK Nitro and it has a 65 main jet what would happen if i changed this to 75 ?

If you've done nothing else to the bike it will run rich and you'll use more fuel.

i have a tecknigas exaust super light rollers sports belt and clutch n thats it so should i do it or not ? easy job really just dont want to put it in and then having it flood n not work n have to change back

IDEA what would happen if i removed the jet all together?

You want to run it as lean as you can without it seizing,i can't remember the procedure for doing this but when my mate tuned his 172 typhoon,we kept going down in jet sizes.
