I just got my email too Came in at 3pm today. As for when I sent the email, I sent it Last week friday afternoon. Soon as I saw this topic.

EDIT also, I think the opportunity for anyone who wants to try and email them for a free ticket is closed now. I tried emailing them twice just now using another email address, to get a ticket for a friend. I'd just get a 'Delivery notification failure' email back.
