Cold makes me need a crud?

Have had this a while and always wondered what it was, when ever i get really cold, i need a crud, and its not just i need a crud, its if i ignore it im going to dirty myself..
Only happens when i get really cold, ive searched around the internet and cant seem to find anything on it?
My mates mum whos a nurse said it could be my immune system going too fast as its getting cold and needing to burn more to keep the body warm?
anyone got any ideas

I know that being cold makes you need to wee more, never heard of it being related to crapping before.

If anything it should slow down your digestion since the body will be using resources to keep the core warm rather than to digest stuff.
