Hmmm, white t-shirts while paint balling. Can anyone see a flaw with this plan or do you all want to stand out like an.....um.....a.....um, like an obvious thing! (bugger couldn't think of anything).

G, can you remember what they were like for late additions (I seem to remember that they were ok with it) as it all depends on how my ankle progresses between now and then. I will probably come along just to take some photos if nothing else. Not to bothered about dates as I still have loads of holiday left.

Laughing I did an amazing one leaving the pits once to head back out, went down most of the straight with the front wheel about 4 inches off the ground Laughing

And Hippy, do they not give you overalls to stop you getting your clothes that messy?

G is there a website for the guys we'll be going to? I quite fancy having a looky...

There are two sites; either Weekend warriors (the one a bit further away I think) or Delta Force (think that's the closer one, though may be wrong there). I'm sure google will provide you with answers; they're both a little north of Reading.

As for dates, I reckon either April 25th, or (if c_dug's going to invite a harem of attractive lady-friends to his party Wink.... ), April 4th.
What are people's opinions on either?

Doesn't seem to be a massive amount of interest this time. Hopefully if we get enough people we can get it so it's just us lot shooting each other with the only random people in our games ones we've invited, rather than other randoms!

Oh and late additions should be ok I expect.
If we go to the smaller place, I suspect would be ok even if you're still a bit wobbly as the arenas are small, so you don't need to move too much, especially if defending.

Can we play 'old school' vs 'nu skool' if we get enough people?

They'll be easy to spot in their white t-shirts...

How are you going to discern which are the 'old school' and which is the 'nu skool'? More importantly, whose going to decide that because I consider myself from the old school era Laughing

April 25th sounds good to me Thumbs Up

Nu Skool.

Us Old-School people'll be able to recognise you because you'll both be wearing white T-Shirts Wink.

Though I do like the idea (I would, it was mine Razz), I'm not sure, as above White T-shirts is really so great for Paintballing.
Ok, it's actually quite rare that the suits they give you really camoflage you that much, but it's got to better than a white T-Shirt.

Next Minimoto and Karting, or similar, I'll make it compulsory Thumbs Up.

Old school is pre 2004 before BCF became commercialized Wink and a "BCF meet" consisted of 90% of the forum members going for a ride Very Happy

Anyway, I can probably bring another 2 from work. And I like the idea of newbz wearing with white or florescent yellow t-shirts with name/bullseyes on the back Wink

Ah yes but a few of the old skoolers can be used a sheilds, plus you'd have to put up with all the bitching about who's moped goes 150MPH and where they can find the cheepest poswer band Smile

Just like quacker_boy thinks he is Wink.

If you're in the pic luke posted, you're in Wink.
(Err, this may be a rather small team Neutral).

Shouldn't you be moaning about the date Danny, what with it being when you're going to sit in some field for a weekend?
Oh and the nu skool are probably all far to spazzed out on goofballs to be fit Razz.

I'm not sure i'm for the splitting up of old and new, purely because there's not that many left, although if you can wear the greeny overalls and the noobs are in white t-shirts or even hi-vis it might be good odds.

I'll wear my white top, when we're not in the middle of paintballing Wink

Ah well, I'd take part if I had any money but I don't at the moment. Sad
But yeah not really all that far to ride, easily done in a day. (200 miles)
And will cost next to nothing considering I'm currently getting 90mpg.... Laughing
