I made an order for around £10 about 4 months ago but i got nothing & was left waiting, every few weeks i've been emailing them to ask about it & finally they said the cheque was in the post, this was about 2 months ago. Now they say they're looking into it!

What email can i write that will get their arse's in gear & refund me?

It's beyond a joke really.

Cheers.
