Get yer spiked tyres on.
It is vital to the human race that you pass your test on the 3rd Feb 2009.

Good luck

It wasn't forecast but it did start snow on the way to take my test, it stopped by the time of the test but the snow was still evident and it was raining a fair bit. Still went ahead fine, i think its only really bad weather when they cancel it. Hopefully you will be ok Smile

Good luck Thumbs Up

This is what I woke up to on the morning of my test.
Needless to say it got cancelled.

However I got a cancellation for a couple of days later and passed.

If the weathers too bad then its too bad mate, don't fret over it too much. Like someone else said, you can't put any faith in the forecasts 90% of the time anyhow. Put it this way, if they said it was going to be dry, sunny and clear on that day would you still believe them?

Lest we forget the great Michael Fish...

My test is supposed to be tomorrow at Failsworth, if it happens it happens, if it doesn't then it doesn't. No sence in getting worked up about it.

Plenty more test dates in the sea!

gutted - I've got days off this week and was hoping to do my test - usually lots of short notice tests available in Stoke for some reason. Looks like it's not gonna happen.

Still, better it be postponed for another day than go ahead and you fail because of a weather-related factor.

Having finally managed to get 3 days leave from work to do my DAS, the snow has well and truly scuppered it. Luckily, they're letting me cancel my leave for tomorrow, and I'm going to have to reschedule the whole thing. And the weather on my first day on Saturday was so promising as well Sad

Boo hiss!

Apparently can take up to a week for em to get a letter out with a new appointment.

I was told to get hold of the dvla as soon as the letter arrives and change it to a date that suits me as they just choose the closest date they can get at the time.

I got my test cancelled on thursday due to snow, was annoying went to do the training at 6 in the morning as my test was at 9 and the weather was allright. Got there and it then started to snow heavily, got worse so we didnt even leave to do the training needless to say the test got cancelled. Had to ride home in about 3 inches of snow/slush Thumbs Down

Ive now had a new test date of the 30th march Evil or Very Mad because the other bloke i was meant to do it with couldnt do any other day and the dvla/instructor (not sure which) has booked us both together. Rolling Eyes

Trying to get a cancellation now. Thumbs Up
