It should be possible to make some adjustment, if you tell us what bike it is, someone may be able to tell you exactly how ____________________ I spend all my money on bikes and beer, the rest I simply waste! |

you cant adjust the pedal it self, unless you rotate the whole foot rest assy but then your have a foot peg thats not straight.
under the rear brake your find a spring, follow that up a little and it is hooked to a big switch (large black thing just above the brake lever) your see a small plastic tread and a plastic bolt, loosen the bolt then get the pedal in to the position you would like the light to come on, then tighten up the bolt.

well i don't know about the yamaha, but when tried it on my ninja, i couldn't get the rear brake hydraulics back on the lever again..they didn't reach far enough i probably could move it...but i seemed alot of work, so i just got out of the habit of resting my foot on the brake ____________________ Bikes owned :- 2001 nsr125, 1999 zx6r, 2006 yzf-r1, 2009 xmax 250, 2012 yzf-r1, 2015 MT-07
