Overconfidence, black ice and 350cc's more than I've got used to.

Pulled out of work to find my back end imitating an epileptic salmon, then the front end decided to join in.

Fuck knows how I stayed upright, it was nowt to do with skill or adrenaline, my legs were being flapped against the bike like a rag doll. Was convinced in those few seconds that eventually I would feel tarmac!

Surprisingly it didn't shake me too much, and I have bad adrenaline reactions to road excitement (uncontrollable leg shakes in the car) and I was able to continue normally.

Glad it happened (although it was embarrassing Laughing ) it was probably the slabby's way of reminding me how vulnerable I am and giving me something to think about!

It'll be well icy tomorrow, I'll probably end up paddling to work on idle!! Laughing

Good work on keeping on.

My bike is partially burried by rock hard snow from the greenhouse roof. Evil or Very Mad

Ice is a right pain atm.

Came off my push bike the other day on a massive area of it, slid for ages! Laughing

Thumbs Up Sounds like it was pretty exciting.

I had to pick my bike up last night from my mechanic mate who's just serviced it for me. He had actually finished it Tuesday but last night saw the first appearance of tarmac in my road. Unfortunately his road, although flat, was an ice rink of compacted bastard slippery stuff. Shocked It was both legs down and just above tickover for 100 yards.

Mr. Green Actually fun once you realise you've survived.
