They look like road tyres in trail sizes, rather than dual sport.
Slightly further along the dual sport line, I've got Metzeler Enduro 3 Sahara on my 690:

They are still very slidy off road - was able to mostly 'keep up' with a decent front and that rear on a TRF ride, but got a bit scary quite often with the rear all over the place and having to get weight right back in fast uphill leafy sections.
Riding with other BCFers and with the front as well I was a little slow in a lot of cases and it got even more concerning with the front going straight on despite being pointed an entirely different direction!
Not sure I'd go much below this if I wanted some kind of off-road ability. They seem fine on the road and were still smooth even hitting a real 108mph with a pillion!
To be fair, I've mostly used them in pretty muddy situations, any road-ish tyre will be a fair bit better when there's a bit more adhesion!
If the majority of your riding will be road riding and you won't need to ride the bike too far to get to your off-road riding, I'd be tempted to try and find a spare set of wheels; may well be able to get some with used knobblies, which allow a lot more confident fun off road, even if they're totally knackered. |

for the road id have wheels with a set of bridgestone trailwings.. Handle brilliantly in the wet (and ive pushed em!)..
for offroad id have another set of wheels with a set of veerubber's..
dual sport tyres just dont work offroad (ive tried).. You'll get away with a gentle ride along a track but any loose terrain or mud and you'll be wishing you had a set of knobblies... rear end skipping and sliding isnt so bad but front end whipeouts are not fun! ____________________ 04' DT125RE (run-a-bout) // 89' DT125R (rebuilt + supermoto conversion)
