Laughing got an engine sorted for my bandit. got a gsxf 750 with stage 3 tunning on the engine. was wondering whats the biggest rad i could fit. wanted to fit a bandit 1200 rad but not sure about mounting brackets.. any help would be great, manufacturers, name, contacts ect or even how to make a one off radiator thanks basha

could you not compare the original rad with your one or even size it up to your bike to give you an idea ...

suzuki used 4 or 5 different size coolers not including the curved cooler that was used on a couple of the slingshots (i've had at least 3 different size coolers)

all have similar mountings but you may need to make up your own bottom brackets (i dunno)

if you really want to spend a large sum of money on a cooler then you'll be looking for an "earls" kit ...

try ebay for those

or register on OldSkoolSuzuki and ask the questions there

the obvious choice would to put a gsx750 rad on,
or even the gsxr750 rad, i would think the bandit 6 rad would be fine as well though,
as for making brackets, you can buy ali from b&q
or run with out bottom mounts, my bike runs woth out them from the factory with no bother[/quote][/code]

try a HEL oil cooler and line kit..the cooler is from a mini and is cheap as chips to replace...www.hel.co.uk
think thats a good link??!!
