muscle is heavier than fat , therfore you should be looking to lose a bit then gain weight.

I think it will be Kev, purely because he has fat in the easiest place to lose it (for a man), and that's where most of it is.

Noticeably it will be Kev who loses weight, I never really noticed that G was chunky... Confused

I just started going to a gym as well......i was just wondering what machines you go on.....

i tend to go on the running machine for 20 mins which in distance wise is about 3.2km
Then go on the rowing machine or bike for 10 mins
and then finally the cross trainer for 20 mins.......

not really interested in putting muscle on really just want to increase my staminia and fitness level.
