I don't understand why they dropped the charges for the teenager who didn't turn up to court Rolling Eyes

Plus I think getting the helicopter to chase some guy on a scooter pulling wheelies, and then to not charge him is a bit of a waste.

i agree that , it makes no sense at all. Confused

plus it was just peds and why the hell did we have to watch the helicopter look at some protest what did that have to do with bikes? Confused
