Certain 2 strokes, yes, I believe.
4 strokes, definitely not.

Cant remember what bike it was. But a mate of mine had a 2 stroke motocross 50cc of some sort.

We managed to bump it in reverse, And after a few hours of practicing and alot of falling off. he managed to ride around a car park on it and get into 2nd gear. Laughing

Yes, anything AM6 based will bump in reverse, so the Rieju should be fine.

A few people from the North section have seen me attempting to ride an RS50 in reverse Laughing

The only thing I can think of that it may affect is the oil pump. Depends on how the pump works though.

Quite possibly, impellers will be rotating the wrong way for example.

I have a am6 engined bike sitting dormant i may try this,
and arnt all the pumps ran off the throttle cable splitting to the pump?

Yes, but the oil pump is gear driven, so runs backwards. Don't run it for long backwards, or use premix.

Hi

You may also have issues with the water pump, and with the ignition timing now being after TDC it will be down on power by quite a bit (probably a good thing).
