Well it all started one nice sunday morning at G's house. I was happily tucked up asleep when there was a loud banging on the door followed by "You coming to Boxhill?".

After deciding to get up and go, and randomly grumbling at G for waking me, I realised Poppy was still at Kev's house from the party the night before. So we sort out that I go on the back of the DR to Kev's whilst Bendy follows us... after one minor wheelie we get to Bracknell in one piece.

Lots of swapping bikes - G leaves the DR behind and gets on Bendy's bike while I get on poppy. We all set off for Boxhill, mostly 600s but Cliff kept up on his 100cc blue thing. We arrive at box hill later on and sit down for some food and a natter. Kornel then arrives as G and Bendy leave to look at an Rs250 in Canterbury, dragging Fazed with them.

After a while of eating drinking and taking photos we all go for a ride. Some pissing about at the roundabout later, we decided it is best to go back and meet Bendy and G, now returned with an RS. Once the crew is reunited we all set off or a look at a Thundercat and to pick Cassy up.

Off we all go down some nice road. During a quick stop for petrol, Korn tightens my helmet for me - luckily really. On the next road we're tootling along when I decide to overtake a car and have a very near miss. Korn then overtakes me next thing I realise is that the front end is slipping... then I smell petrol and try and sit up.

Next thing I realise is there is a man there, then Luke arrives and a nice lady. My shoulder is really, really hurting when the paramedics arrive followed by G and co. who hadn't realised I had come off.

I then get taken to Epsom hospital where I have to wait for ages and am then told to go home and do exercises. Bendy had kindly come and brought the bike trailer so we then travel again to pick up Poppy who is in some nice man's garden. G was cold in his vented leathers, so wore Bendy's long duffel coat and looked extremely comical on the rs.

A week later I go home - ringing the RAC to pick me up. Kev kindly pushes Poppy on to the big truck with the flashing lights, but suddenly realises front brake lever is missing so starts sliding down the ramp then drops her on the un-crashed side!

This is my epic tale! Very Happy

G overtaking my car in the dark on his black RS250 in black helmet and my big black coat flapping behind him cape-style is something I really wish I'd got a photograph of. Laughing

And you can re-spray the fairing again, perhaps less starsky and hutch to try and avoid the action scenes.

Sounds like part of the plot to a new film, The Matrix Revolted.

All the best

I have a tale.

On my private KD roundy on Sunday I was having much mirth scratching both knee sliders.
Back onto the right knee for a full lap attempt. Twice round the roundy, knee-a-scraping and the Blade decides she don't like going forwards no more and wants to go sideways instead. Good job my knee's firmly planted methinks as she couldn't totally slip out from under me. THEN she decides she's had enough of sideways and wants to grip again, causing the bike to highside me, or attempt to Middle Finger She only manages to pull my hip half-out the socket and sit about 1/2 way up before my girth takes control and hoy's her back down onto my knee and around we go. Very Happy
So weighing a feck load can have it's advantages Thumbs Up
