Is this worth it (DAS price)

Basically there's a place in London offering DAS for £399 for 4 sessions. However, these sessions are approx 4hrs long and comprise:

Day 1: CBT or just a rideout on a 125 if you already have a CBT

Day 2: 4hrs on a 500

Day 3: 4 hrs on a 500

Day 4: 2hrs on a 500cc then your test

Surely 10 hours practice on a 500cc isn't enough, or is it?

Furthermore, is £399 too much for ten hours practice?

Its a good price dont moan,
when i was trying to hire out a 125 with training it was 150, breakdown was 15 for bike 135 9-2 training.

My DAS was just over £550 that was 3 days 9am till 5pm - A very long day

How ever the Ex's DAS was £500 for 3 days from 9am till 2:30pm

suppose its a good price for london.
when i did mine it was £380 for 3 days
9-4.30 first 2 days
8-test time on the third day.
but that was in stoke where its a little cheaper than down in the smoke.

Remember that it includes CBT as well which around these here parts (south essex) I paid £130. So sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

With regards to if 10 hours is enough I would say it's down to how fast you pick it up. I spaced my DAS days a little way apart so if I don't think its enough then I can throw in a few 2 hour lessons. Maybe a good idea for you?

that sounds quite good, although would it be harder to do the test in london, what with people being alot less inpatiant up there than in essex where i am.

I've just paid £409 for the same level of training as you describe there, on a deal for two of us together.

I'd say that's a very good deal.

mines costing for 3 1/2 days plus the test fee £610..... had to do my cbt and theory seperate also, which came to £150.....

I've paid £500 for 1 day on a 125, 2 days on a 500, then the test day (morning training, afternoon test). The days are 0830-around 1630. And that's in London as well. Not too shabby, I reckon!
