I had an accident on the way to the airport in Spain last summer.

Tried to fart and pooed myself a little bit. I blame the seafood paella I ate the night before, becuase I wasn't expecting it to be that runny, else I wouldn't have dreamt of farting. Caught me by surprise that one.

Anyway we were just about to get on a plane and I thought; even if I do a proper clean-up job, it's still gonna smell after an hour in close proximity to people on a plane, so I just wiped up, then stuffed the scrundies behind the bog at the airport and flew home commando.

It actually worked out pretty well. Really comfortable on the plain with no pants, and actually I go commando out of choice now. Stops you getting that numb ball feeling when they wrap round your goolies.

So maybe I should post on your forum because people could learn from this.

1) Don't fart unless you are SURE you know the consistency of anything that might be in the 'slipway'.
2) Commando on a plane (or long car jouney even) is actually really comfortable.

Pardon me if I am not keen to need your forum but it is nice to know you will be glad to see me if I do have an accident. Sad

What are you lot like ?! Funny posts, though.

Well, assuming you don't have accidents then of course there's no need to drop by, but in the unlikely event a biker comes off perhaps a cyber ride over to the accident forum might provide some additional support ?

A post on the spill counter and mates insulting your riding skills is all you need. Thumbs Up

Not cool.

Generally when I join a forum, its on a subject that I'm interested in.

I'm not interested in accidents, or having accidents or hearing about accidents or even the word 'accident' so why would I join a forum about it? And certainly not one started by ambulance chasing litigous scum lawyers.

^^^^^ Well said that man.

That was pretty much what I was thinking when I saw the post, but decided to communicate my disinterest with a story about poo instead.

Sorry, but you're going round the left hand corner. How can it possibly make money out of people's misfortune as the site is completely free to forum users, but its running costs have to be paid for which is why there is a facility for lawyers to advertise on there.

You will see that listings for support organisations (RNIB etc) are also entirely free.

Hope that helps put it straight for you.

Whoa, have you got that wrong ! Lawyers have nothing to do with the ownership, setting up, design or anything else of the site. There is one personal injury lawyer who is based in Canada these days who has offered to moderate on the site.

If you want to know who set it up, it was me, and it was as the result of being inspired by an accident victim I interviewed about his work and who said that there was little support available to him - anywhere.

So, I hope that clears up your misconceptions for you.

Bear in mind every time he bumps this thread he gets more views for his unsolicited piece of commercial advertising.

One click of the link tells me it is a commercial site, and if it isn't then you've done a bad job.

BCF doesn't look commercial. Your forum does I'm afraid.

Luckily for me I have a hospital near me who I have heard can be pretty helpful when it comes to accidents!

And if I suffered an accident that wasn't my fault, and was unsure as to what my claiming rights are? Claims Direct can provide the support to get me the compensation I deserve! Wahoooooo!

If something serious were to happen to me I have friends, family, doctors, and loved ones who would help me.... But I guess for everyone else there is the accident forum!

I'm sorry you think I'm bumping this thread and I guess that if that is the general concensus then your moderators should delete me.

But I am even more sorry you think it is a commercial forum. I see yours has google ads so I guess you are earning income out of that.

However, I dont have google ads and I have to pay for the accident forum somehow and this is the only way I can see. If you've got suggestions that would obviate this I'd be very pleased to hear them - that is apart from googleads.

Hi

I've just got home (by train - sorry about that) and thought I would make one last post just in case I am accused of thread bumping again, which is to say, thanks for bearing with me, thanks for viewing the post, thanks to ayone who dropped over at our forum and, as I say to everyone, hope I never see you because if I do it means you've had a serious accident.

BTW can I be an elder ? I am a gentleman of quite mature age .

Be cool.
