For all those who love the Prodigy, the new album sounds heavyweight. Its a mix of all the albums really, bits and bots from different era's all thrown together as only Liam knows how to.

Got my tickets to see them in April...cant wait!

I wasn't a great fan of Always Outnumbered... I liked a few of the tracks, but mostly they seemed like throwaway big beat and they were all rather similar.

I preferred Fat of the land, but Experience and Music for... were my favourites.

I keep telling you people where to get ALL your music from. lol

SOULSEEK!

Anyways....

Liam has released an awful promo track and video called 'invaders must die' with silly lyrics and sounds pants IMO. I dont say this often about anything Prodigy. The video is SHIT as well. lol

The good news is, invaders must die on the album isnt the same, its better.

Oh, the remix of 'Ghost Town' by the specials is wicked.

www.myspace.com/theprodigy

Hear it there.

The single "Invaders must die" sounds as crap as the new Pendulum album, I'm prepared to be disapointed with the rest of the album.

Being the massive fan i am of the Prodigy i will say Omen isn't one of them special tracks. Lyrics are appauling. Sad Thumbs Down
Invaders must die that you've probably heard isnt the album track, its a promo track. Thumbs Up

From the few tracks i've heard from the new album (Omen, IMD, and a couple of live tracks on youtube) and from what i've read, their new album sounds rather good indeed.

I'm seeing them too, in April, in Manchester. Can't bleeding wait!

Omen is bloody awesome.

I love the Prodigy. I generally try not to listen to it when driving as it makes me drive like a tw*t.

Who's heard it then?

I'm really impressed. I can listen to the whole album without skipping any tracks. The weakest ones are probably Colours and Piranha. My fave at the moment being Worlds On Fire.

I'm going to buy it tonight. According to the reviews it's a harp back to their earlier days but with a bit more of a grown up vibe - sounds good to me.

Would make a good track for some mad driving loads of slow motion parts of cars going sideways.

Murdered out cars though, all black etc.

Throw a shoot out in there somewhere, epic.

Gonna buy the album as I fucking love Prodigy, hell the last cd I bought was Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned Laughing

Prodigy, eh?

Was the latest album recorded from the geriatric ward?

I remember the Prodigy being popular when I was about 16. Any band that continued passed my 25th birthday is, technically speaking, an embarrassment to itself.

Pensioners rocking out. Not cool.
