semi-auto

Not that i have an auto license, but if I did what would be the rule on getting a auto/semi-auto bike like a aprilia mana? Is it just the lack of clutch that makes it ok? or would it have to be kept out of semi auto mode? or would it be not available on an auto license?

Is there such a thing as an auto licence for bikes? I know there is a moped licence, but thought that only applied to small bikes...

My mate's got an A license with code 78.

Just to confirm the above, the clutchless manual Renault Clio we had could be driven on a licence for an automatic.

If you did your bike test on an automatic you will not be allowed to ride geared bikes.
